Raymond graduated from North Carolina State University in 2010 with a BA in Landscape Architecture. Since graduation, Raymond has worked exclusively in the environmental restoration and mitigation industry. His professional focus is on "full-delivery" compensatory mitigation and ecological restoration subject to Sections 401, 402, and 404 of the Clean Water Act. As an Area Manager for full-delivery mitigation, Raymond uses his multidisciplinary background to oversee site identification/acquisition, design, permitting, construction, monitoring, maintenance, long-term stewardship/site protection, and project closeout. During his tenure, Raymond has contributed to/managed over fifty projects, totaling over 160,000 linear feet of streams and 1,295 acres of wetlands.
