Caitlan graduated from North Carolina State University in 2017 with a BS in Environmental Technology and Management. Caitlan has five years of experience in the mitigation industry, focusing on sales and analysis. In this time, Caitlan has collaborated with private, federal, and state-level stakeholders to provide solutions for projects and credit needs. This includes coordination with multiple agencies/clients on inventory availability, negotiating contract terms/pricing, contract milestone updates, invoicing, providing sales documentation, and responding to bids and proposals. Other duties Caitlan has been responsible for consist of managing bank inventory and all sales documentation for 80+ banks, market analysis, and forecasting. In her experience, Caitlan has also contributed to strategic planning with finance, operations, and land teams to determine new bank development, meet revenue targets, and client deadlines.
